Most of what we do falls into three jobs: extending a house, replacing a kitchen, or rebuilding a bathroom. Each has its own page below setting out what the work actually involves — the order it happens in, which permissions apply, and the decisions that are cheap to make early and expensive to change later.

Alongside that we take on commercial fit-out, structural alterations, flooring and general building work. If your project does not fit neatly into a category, it is still worth a conversation — most jobs are a mix.

Commercial projects

Fit-out and conversion work for commercial premises — mezzanine floors, full-height partitioning, offices formed inside industrial space, and the utilities, electrical, fire proofing and decoration that go with them.

Commercial work is usually as much about scheduling as building. On a recent 6,000 sq ft warehouse conversion the business stayed open throughout, with the disruptive work moved to weekends so there was no trading downtime.
